Crumbed Oyster

Serves 2

Ingredients:

500g Oyster Mushrooms

1 cup Bread Crumbs

1 Egg

Olive oil

Salt and Pepper

 

Method:

1. Beat egg in large bowl

2. Place bread crumbs on plate

3. Dip each mushroom in egg mixture and then cover in bread crumbs

4. Heat frying pan on medium-high heat with olive oil. Cook mushrooms in batches until golden brown. remove from pan and place on paper towl to remove any excess oil. Salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
